Shutterbug
You can sign up for Shutterbug using your mobile phone or email at this page or download the Waldo Photos iOS or Android app.
Your Shutterbug subscription allows you to join up to 10 people to any Shutterbug event created on the Waldo platform – from your school’s football games to the holiday play and even that girl’s weekend to the wine country — any events that are created by fellow Shutterbugs can be joined!
You’ll visit our search page and search by event, creator or location and simply choose the person you’d like to join, Waldo will do the rest!
You can upgrade your Shutterbug subscription at any time by visiting your Billing section.
Photo Manager

All photo manager plans come with an unlimited number of galleries and albums, and up to 200gb of photo storage and 20gb of video storage. Additional storage can be purchased from your billing page.
All photo manager subscriptions include an unlimited number of contributors! Set your album to allow anyone to upload, or invite specific contributors for more control.
Absolutely! Visit your billing page to cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time.
Photo Finder
To utilize our Photo Finder product, sign up for your Photo Manager account here and choose Photo Finder when setting up your first gallery.
Any galleries with Photo Finder enabled will include a unique custom code which can be texted in by anyone who has attended your event, via a direct link you can share via email, text or social. You can also set your gallery to be discoverable in search and on your account profile page.
Absolutely! During your album creation you can choose to cover the cost of all the photos being delivered and matched in your member dashboard or allow members to utilize their Shutterbug subscriptions for delivery at no cost to you.
Waldo is great at delivering all types of photos – even those where faces are in the background or visible only from the side.
Picture Day
Simply sign up for a Photo Manager account and choose the Sell Photos option to create your first Picture Day gallery. Set your package and individual print pricing, create a custom, branded print — and Waldo does the rest!
Waldo does not employ photographers. However, you can visit our Pro Photographer Directory to find pros in your area who utilize Waldo and may contact them via the Request form to see if they are available for your event!
Waldo dropships all print orders directly to the purchasers via USPS first class mail.
You’ll have complete control over your packages, pricing, and add-ons.
Member Directory
Sign up for a Photo Manager account here, visit the Member Connect tab, and choose the optional add-on of Member Directory.
Members can choose to hide certain fields or opt-out completely and have their entry hidden from everyone (admins will still be able to view these).
You’ll upload your contact list via csv upload or add contacts one at a time.
New members can join by texting in. As the administrator, you will receive a notification to approve or deny their request to join. Additionally, administrators can add new members at any time both individually and via bulk upload.
Message Center
Sign up for a Photo Manager account here, visit the Member Connect tab, and choose the optional add-on of Messaging Center.
Yes! You can filter to a select group of members or choose to send to all at once.
You’ll upload your contact list via csv upload or add contacts one at a time.
All messages are delivered via SMS.
Waldograms for Business
Sign up for a Photo Manager account here, visit the Member Connect tab, and click send a Waldogram.
Waldograms pricing varies based on the number you send per year, starting at $1.99 and going down to $1.00 per Waldogram for over 1000 per year.
Waldograms are delivered in 4-6 days via USPS first class mail.
Absolutely! Waldograms are completely customizable. You can choose to upload your own photos or use matching photos from your member dashboard.
