Waldograms for Business: How to Get Started
We first introduced Waldograms last summer for personal use by families and designed it to be super simple to use. Just three easy steps to send some love in a beautiful two-sided, high-quality postcard: Pick a photo, craft your message, and personalize your stamp — Waldo then handles everything else, from printing to delivery.
With Waldograms for Business, we wanted to keep it simple for your utmost convenience while allowing you to send to your entire customer list in a few easy steps. We wanted to empower you to spread love and stay connected with your families, and send personalized or bulk Waldograms for birthdays, holidays, milestones, and the like.
Here’s how you can get started on setting up your Waldograms for Business:
- Login and click on ‘Address Book’ in the top right of your Admin portal on Waldo. Not a Waldo customer yet? Fill in the form here —or at the end of this post— to get in touch with one of our friendly Customer Success team members. They’re here to help get your account set-up and will get you sending your Waldograms in a snap!
- Upload your customer list via CSV into your Waldo Address Book. With this address book, you can keep track of your customers’ birthdays, addresses, and send Waldograms anytime with just a few clicks.
- Pick a photo, write your custom message, and personalize your stamp for your Waldogram.
- Sit back, relax, and let Waldo handle the delivery for you!
