How to cancel your Waldo Photos Shutterbug subscription

Cancel my Apple-billed subscription or trial

Waldo does not have access to the Apple billing system, so we're unable to assist with managing or canceling subscriptions made through the App Store.

It's also important to note that uninstalling the Waldo app does not automatically cancel your Waldo subscription through Apple.

To cancel your Waldo subscription from your iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch):

  1. From the home screen click on Settings.
  2. Click on Apple ID at the top of the page.
  3. Click on Subscriptions.
  4. Choose your preferred subscription level, or select Cancel Subscription. You may be asked to confirm your selection. (If it says "Select an option to resubscribe," you're already unsubscribed from your subscription.)
  5. After making your changes, press Done.

To cancel your Apple-billed Waldo subscription from the web:

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Click your Apple ID at the bottom of the sidebar. (If you're not already signed in to your Apple ID, you'll be prompted to log in now).
  3. Click View Information. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. On the Account Information page, scroll to the Manage section. Then click Manage (next to Subscriptions.) 
  5. Click Edit next to Waldo.
  6. Choose your preferred subscription level, or select Cancel Subscription. You may be asked to confirm your selection. (If it says "Select an option to resubscribe," you're already unsubscribed from your subscription.)

If you have any trouble completing these steps, visit the Apple website for further help, as Waldo cannot manage these subscriptions for you.

Cancel my subscription or trial on Android

If you purchased your subscription on Android, email support@waldophotos.com and include your name, email, and mobile number, along with a request to cancel your Android subscription and we will process your cancellation request.

Email support@waldophotos.com and include your name, email and mobile number and a request to cancel your Waldo-billed subscription and we will process your cancellation request. If you are billed by Apple, please follow the instructions above.
